Balance

Confused and delusioned, by myself.

Tricking myself into false wants and desires,
clouds the things my heart really aspires for.
My ego would turn me into a whore
if it would cure its social anxiety,
might as well be a drone to society.
Trying to manipulate my surroundings to not feel uncomfortable.
But once you start you’ll never be able to,
stop lying,
continuously avoid crying.
Luckily that part of us is dying.
Our true nature is fighting to be free.
To finally be able to see
life as it was truely meant to be.
Perfect Harmony.

Peace of Mind

Shut up mind.

Nothing you say is true
No matter how hard I try
I can’t get control of you.
All this constant chatter
I wish it would just cease.
I want to stop my judgements
And observe in Peace.
See things as they are,
Not as I percieve them to be.
With no assumptions, insults or insecurities,
Then I can finally feel free

Courage

Can anyone tell me what we’re doing?
Nothing seems to have a purpose.
A desire inside me is brewing,
To break the chains of form.
Freely creating my own reality;
Nothing of the norm.
What is holding me back?
Fear of the unknown.
Courage is what I lack.
I cling to life in fear of death.
If I let go will I drown?
Or fully explore the sea to its depth?

Staying in Love

When I say, “In love,” I mean an internal state of unconditional love that is equanimous to all moments, people, and selves.

There has been lots of social programming telling us we’re separate.  That there are people who are lovable and people who aren’t and actions that are lovable and actions that aren’t.  For those people, that is their reality.  They attract people and situations which affirm for them good and bad, right and wrong; duality.

As we look a little deeper, we see that even the yin and the yang are the same thing.  That everything is one.  Since our language has intrinsic duality; it is difficult to describe this oneness.  Unconditional love is the closest that I have found to describe my experience of oneness; a sense of being in love.  But we must see that Everything we experience, comes from this unconditional love, source, this mystery.

Staying “In Love,” means shifting your consciousness to see the connection and oneness with everything equally.  Then no matter who you’re with, what you’re doing, you are experiencing the love and blessings of life.  In duality, there are things we feel a connection and love for and things we feel an aversion to.  This is not intrinsic in your being, this is a programming of likes and dislikes based on your experiences; your identity.

Being in this state of love is a surrender to the moment.  It is easy to surrender when things are favorable to you.  Sex is a great example of surrendering to the moment.  We open up completely become completely vulnerable and hence we experience such high levels of union and connection to divine; feelings of being in love.  Yet, when things that are unfavorable to us arise we contract, we close off, we separate.  This blocks our flow of energy, our flow of love.

Surrender to what is.  As Bob says, be naked to the moment!  No matter what comes eat it up! Letting go takes a certain level of trust.  In fact, it’s all trust.  The release of fear.  And from that the love flows!

“Move as a total being, and accept things.  Just for 24 hours, try it - total acceptance, whatsoever happens.  Someone insults you, accept it, don’t react and see what happens.  Suddenly you will feel and energy flowing in you that you have not felt before.”

Dissolution of Self

Dissolution of self is the path to self realization.

It feels counterintuitive to your fight or flight system,

set up for self preservation,

But there is no immediate survival threat.

So let yourself go.

This does not mean you should kill yourself;

This means you should let go of everything you identify with

Or at least put it aside for awhile.

Identity is imaginary; it only exists in your mind.

Who and what you are can not be pointed to.

Don’t limit yourself with an identity

no color can define you.

no religion can describe you.

no nationality can categorize you.

no name can express you.

no body can portray you.

no experience can classify you.

no thought can represent you.

you are infinte.

you are limitless.

realize yourself.
